20 minutes cycling machine (Chose the random hills option) Works like intervals!
20 minutes of hills intervals on the treadmill. Below is what I referred to but I guessed the elevation is too easy for me. I multiplied them by 2 (E.g Elevation 4 becomes 8, elevation 6 becomes 12). 0 becomes 2 eventhough 0 x 2 = 0. But…0 is too easy.
Managed to feel the burn in my thighs!
Next, I did 4 sets of 1 minute elbow planks.
& 4 sets of 30 secs(per leg) of single leg hip raises. The other leg is straighttt up pointing to the ceiling! Burrrrrn hamstrings and glutes buuuurrrrrn.
So much happened and none are recorded in this blog of mine (simply because I forgot about its existence).
Well, hello there stranger. I’m back.
This post is not going to be the typical catch-up-with-my-life post. Don’t worry, I don’t have the intention to hang my dirty (or clean) laundry here. Well, not much.
This is just a hopeful/positive post for me to mayyyybe just share about the work outs I do (randomly?) Or just about anything.
My old post about the 4 new herbs I bought with good intentions? They’re all dead because I didn’t do enough research and they were too exposed to direct sunlight. I’m dumb. I should not give up. Maybe I’ll get an easier plant to start on.
Oh. I sprained my right thumb during bubble soccer. Went to TCM (Traditiomal Chinese Medicine?) to treat it. Acupuncture and some traditional medicine for my weak “chi”.
“Chi” means “Inner strength”.
Less carbonated drinks.
Less cold drinks.
Less cold food.
Yes. More exercise!!!!
Okay that’s all. Bye.
My Saturday was well spent because of this angel,Aisyah aka Little Sushi 🙂
Look at her precious face! My heart just melt when she looks at me like that. Had dinner with Muna,Aisyah and Ira at Nabin’s because Royz Et Vous was fully booked. Sad,we were. Moved on,we did. Had a heart meal at Nabin’s though! No regrets!
We checked out AgroBazaar and I bought a few Raya Cookies and dodol. Heh. Lastly, the most important task,we went to Urban Decay. I wanted to get their Naked eyeshadow palette. I love the colours! Totally in love.
Sidetrack a bit!
This whole week have been nothing but a series of hands-on learning and self-discovery. I discovered how I am under pressure and when given a task. How I deal with failure. Need a lot of work on myself.
Spent my Saturday with my friends. Had such a great time with them. From watching Finding Dory in the cinema to playing around in Decathlon and discovering art pieces @ Gillman Barracks Art Day Out.
Decathlon was like a playground for all of us because we are all outdoorsy people. We love things that are fun and convenient for our random outdoor picnics and camps. My favourite section was the skipping rope section. I have no idea why. I don’t skip often. I just got very attracted to the skipping ropes there. They even sell Capteh?! We bought one and played along the alley of Baboo Rd. A fun work out somewhere in Little India 🙂
Then, I followed Harris & Aisyah to Gillman Barracks for the Art Day Out festival. I love their freebie totebag! Absolutely in love with the place. I was so happy to be around art. All kinds of Art:)
Here are some pictures!
